I am an English Teacher with 7 years of teaching experience. I possess a Teaching English as a Second Language certification as well as a Child Development Associate Credential. I have taught English in 3 countries and I'm eager to teach in our local community!

I use a student centered teaching method based on my students learning styles and interests. I like to get to know my students' so I can tailor my lessons based on their interests and cultural backgrounds. I also like to incorporate music and art into my lessons. Music Lessons

I give music lesson teaching trumpet, clarinet, french horn and voice. I can also teach you how to read music as well! 

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wayne State University in 2016. I have performed with the Michigan Opera House, at the Detroit Music Hall, Fox Theater, the Dearborn Symphony Youth Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Orchestra Civic Wind Ensemble, The Ferndale Community Concert Band and the Alcàsser Wind Symphony in Valencia, Spain.

My teaching method is very hands on and interactive. I use a student centered approach by incorporating my students interests and strengths while working to improve their weaknesses. I like to use visuals, provide examples and fun games that relate to the topic of the lesson.
